Please support our efforts by sending a tax-deductible contribution to The TMJ Association. There are a number of ways in which your contributions to TMJA can be maximized.
- Donate by check. Simply complete our on-line form, select "check" as the method of payment, and mail in your contribution to the TMJA.
- Honor or memorialize a loved one or friend by making a contribution in his or her name.
- Check with your employer to see if your company has a matching charitable contribution program.
Our secured on-line donation service is provided by Give Direct, a nonprofit. 100% of your donation goes to The TMJA when you use a MasterCard or Visa. A small processing fee will be charged if you use an American Express card. Please note LOC IND CH ORG is the name that will appear on your credit card statement - not The TMJ Association. Using a 3rd party helps us keep our costs low and allows us to spend more time and money on our progress!
