    Al

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in May 2004.  I suffered severe neck injury and back injury.  I was 5 weeks out of back surgery when accident occurred.  I was seeing a dentist at the time to get some dental work done for the future.  I was diagnosed with whiplash, nerve damage, to my neck and severe lower back injury, my teeth starting bothering me right after the accident and my shoulder and back hurt.  I starting having problems eating and my doctors all thought it was from the neck injury but it is causing my teeth to shift and the left side of my face where I got hit is showing signs of depression.  I also hear ringing in my ears.  I have jaw pain and popping.  Before the accident I had no problems.  Now I can not eat.  I have had to change my diet to soft food and wear a splint every night.  My condition is getting worse and my doctor doesn't see me for another month.  I still have ligament and muscle edema and also dislocation of both joints.  I am almost on a liquid diet now.
